Our Pricing
Our rental management fee is 15% of the nightly rate (excluding VAT) from the gross revenue generated for your property.
Example *
Airbnb booking of R10 000 received into our account. We will deduct R1500 plus VAT and pay you the balance.
* We do not charge any upfront costs whatsoever.
What’s included in our rental management pricing
- Marketing and advertising property on all
major portals and accommodation websites - Multiple listings setup and management
- Professional Photography & Videography
- Seamless Guest check ins and check outs
- Monthly statements
- Winter mid-term and longer stays for
sustained income
What is not included in our rental management pricing
- Exit cleaning fee is charged to the guests
- Extra cleaning for longer stays and any specialised cleaning required to keep the property in excellent clean condition
- Maintenance and repairs costs for owner however we do oversee and obtain quotes etc to ensure all work completed efficiently and cost effectively as possible
- Costs for consumables and restocking essentials eg toilet paper, coffee, tea, shampoo etc
- Electricity, water and Wifi
